collectors, not retailers, and we offer this service to help classic movie fans build their collections. Fees cover cost of materials, postage
and handling. We are NOT selling the movies, but we charge for our time to find the films, package them and send them to you.
However, costs do vary based on the rarity of the movies. We do not knowingly provide copies of films that are commercially available.
These movies are for private collectors and are not to be re-sold by dealers. No rights are given or implied.

Most of the films available on this site have fallen into the public domain and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. Other

What Type of movies do you sell?

We only offer classic movies that have not been commercially released and are in the public domain. We only sell public domain
movies. Due to the rarity of these movies please forgive any minor natural imperfections in the films themselves.

Does artwork come with these movies?

All movies come in cases with artwork, but the artwork displayed on our site may differ from the actual product.

What is public domain?

A work has entered public domain because either the copyright has not been applied for or it has expired. Anything that is not
protected under the copyright law can include works published between 1928 and under certain circumstances works published up to
1978. Re-published and re-packaged public domain information or creative works are not illegal. The reason is that because the work
has fallen into the public domain there are no royalties to pay on the work.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs can vary depending on the number of titles ordered. You can preview shipping costs when you add items to the
shopping cart, entering your address,  and selecting the shipping method.

Will the DVD play in my DVD player?

Simple answer: Yes. However, their are some rare players that are still around that will not but it is very, very, rare.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship within 72 hours of payment receipt. In the rare situation where we no longer have access to the title you ordered we will
notify you immediately.

How long does my order take to get to me?

Keep in mind your order could take 72 hours to ship from our vendors. Once the order ships the speed depends on the shipping service
selected (i.e. Overnight shipping could take 1-4 days to get to you).

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express & Discover through our secure shopping cart.

Is your website secure?

Our shopping cart and payment processing is secured by our merchant processor. This ensures that all information you send to us will
be encrypted. Remember, you can always tell if a site is secure by looking in the website URL. If the page is secure the "lock" in the URL
will be closed. Please look for more than just words when you are verifying a sites security.
